Thomas Rizk | Chairman

Thomas Rizk has 30 years of experience that includes building both private and public companies, managing alternative investments, and investing in special opportunities. His sector experience includes healthcare, technology, real estate, energy and education.

Mr. Rizk founded TractManager Inc, the recognized leader in providing technology-based contract management solutions to healthcare organizations. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until April 2013. He led the company’s growth from a start-up operation to a company that served over 25% of the hospitals in the United States, with more than 130,000 end users at over 5,000 locations throughout all 50 states.

Charlie Dawson | Founder, CIO & Board Vice Chairman

Charlie Dawson married strong mathematic and pattern recognition skills to the world of consulting in 1987 when he combined the analytical skills of physics with business process principals. By devising successful new methodologies for identifying, measuring and remediating business problems, during his career he has successfully executed engagements that included leading functional redesign activities with some of the world’s best known organizations including: Southwest Airlines, McCloud USA, Schwab Online, Methodist Health System (Houston), and many others.

He has worked with over 300 health systems over the past 20 years including global health experience serving as an Advisor to Academic Medical Centers, Post-acute Care Organizations, Employers, Payors, Hospitals, and Physician Groups.

Along the way Mr. Dawson wrote 6 books on business topics including, “The Complete Guide to Technical Recruiting”, 1999, Management Advantage, Inc. and “The Human Resource Technology Handbook”, 2002, CRC St Lucie Press.

Mr. Dawson’s approach to consulting starts with his belief that while there are organizations that are exceptional in certain disciplines, every organization needs to create its own “Best Practices” based on its unique operating circumstances. As a result, Mr. Dawson has pioneered a structured process that assists organizations in discovering how to adapt and evolve existing resources to meet changing business demands.

Jason Palmer | Chief Executive Officer

A decorated business leader across multiple industries from technology to education, Mr. Palmer has 20 years of experience in business management, marketing and sales. He is the Founder of several companies and for over a decade, served as the CEO of a business consulting firm offering management consulting to major corporations as well as venture-backed start-ups. Mr. Palmer has served as President of RVH Solutions during its expansion, and has also been recognized as one of the Top Executives under 40 by the North American Publishing Company. Mr. Palmer is a strong believer in “doing well by doing good”, and is a patent holder in cause-based crowdfunding.

Mr. Palmer has a J.D from UCLA Law School.

Jack Lyden | President

Mr. Lyden is President of RV Healthcare Solutions, a technology company that works with hospital systems to increase profitability and improve quality by helping them to identify a wide range of opportunities, in revenue enhancement, cost reduction and quality outcomes.

Since joining the company, Mr. Lyden has developed online workforce training programs and led distance learning efforts at top universities, hospitals and well-known healthcare companies. He began developing online training programs for universities including the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, where he built the highly successful online Pharmacy Technician Training program. He also has experience developing, managing and executing large-scale workforce training programs for private healthcare companies and hospitals including Intralign Health, BIOVIGIL, Hospital for Special Surgery (Ranked #1 in Orthopedics) and Houston Healthcare.

Mr. Lyden earned his B.A. in History from Trinity College and his M.B.A from Fordham Gabelli School of Business. He is currently pursuing an Advanced Professional Certificate in Health Finance at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.

Dean Kristiniak| Founder, Chief Marketing Officer

Dean Kristiniak met RVH Solutions Founder Charlie Dawson at Kenexa (Nasdaq: KNXA) where he worked as a Business Manager for the firms Healthcare Group. He spearheaded the development of behavioral assessment and benchmarking for GE Betz (a division of General Electric.) Mr. Kristiniak has completed consulting assignments with industry leading organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly, Boston Scientific and others. Mr. Kristiniak manages all the company’s operations including: Business development, logistics management, project planning & delivery, channel partnerships and affiliated practices.

Keith Bush | Chief Technology Officer

As CIO for RVH Solutions, Mr. Bush is in charge of Website Development, Network & Server Administration, and the Analytics department where he has played a role in the development of RVH Solutions’ Value Enhancement Portal and Rapid Process Redesign Tools which assist healthcare institutions in the identification, planning, and execution of initiatives via a cutting-edge, rapid process re-design technology usable by novices.

Dr. Robert Masci | Clinical Adviser

Dr. Masci is a board certified cardiologist, currently managing a large cardiology practice. He is the Chairman of the cardiology department at Newton Medical Center and is the medical director of the Atlantic Health System cardio-oncology program. Additionally, he is the cardiology Director at the Barnhill Rehabilitation Center.

He received his BA in natural sciences from the Johns Hopkins University and his MD from Rutgers Medical School. He attended medical school on an Armed Forces Scholarship, as a reserve officer in US Navy. Dr. Masci served as an Undersea Medical Officer after internship, ultimately completing his post graduate training at the San Diego Naval Hospital. Upon completion of his fellowship he was chosen to be the CCU director. He left the Navy as a commander, after 12 years to pursue the challenges of private practice.

Dr. Masci has served on and continues to serve on many hospitals, as well as system wide committees and boards including the system wide ACO finance committee, Gagnon Executive Committee, the NMC finance and strategy committee, and the NMC foundation board. His experience bridges the private and federal systems. He has a broad knowledge of health care delivery, ranging from the board room to the bedside.

Stan Caummisar | VP, Business Development

Stan Caummisar has thirty-five years of healthcare experience.  He was a Budget Analyst at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN and a Medicare Auditor with Blue Cross of Tennessee before working in finance and management in the Methodist Healthcare System in Memphis, TN for 13 years; the final five years as a Hospital Administrator. For the past 20 years, Mr. Caummisar has successfully owned and operated behavioral health, durable medical equipment (DME) and sleep study companies. Stan has extensive sales and marketing experience in the Southeastern United States.

Bill Crocker | VP, Training

Mr. Crocker has over 20 years of healthcare and academic leadership experience working to advance and redefine a new standard for business leadership, financial success and social impact.

Mr. Crocker is a Director at The Center for Higher Ambition Leadership. He has served as Assistant Dean and Executive Director of Yale University’s Corporate Education Department at the Yale School of Management.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Crocker was a Founding Partner of Healthcare Performance Solutions, Inc., where he specialized in performance measurement and management systems, employee selection, and workplace quality assessment. Mr. Crocker is one of HPS’ two certified Employer of Choice recognition program evaluators. He regularly conducts site visit assessments also supports HPS’ marketing efforts by working with key business partners and developing new client relationships with select healthcare organizations. Prior to HPS, Mr. Crocker worked at The Gallup Organization, where he served as a Vice President responsible for employee selection and workplace quality research. During his subsequent work as a Partner at Kenexa Technologies, Mr. Crocker developed significant expertise around performance management systems and automated recruiting processes. Mr. Crocker has also served in various staff and leadership roles, where he won multiple awards for exceptional performance and client service. Mr. Crocker studied Business Administration at Humboldt State University and later completed the Executive Program for Human Resources Professionals at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

He offers a critical support to RVHA’s resource teams to ensure maximum realized value and quality outcomes from the Value Enhancement Program.

Bill received is B.A. at Humboldt State University and received his Advanced Certificate for Human Resources Professionals at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Matt Gervasio | Director, Marketing

Mr. Gervasio is now responsible for leading the growth and success of the RVH Solutions’ sales team as well as strategizing and leading sales activities.

Brian Taylor | Director, Operations

As Director of Operations at RVH Solutions, he focuses on new client implementations and ensuring that existing clients’ needs are met. As Director of Operations at RVH Solutions, he focuses on new client implementations and ensuring that existing clients needs are met.

Mr. Taylor earned his B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland.

Ken Grammer | VP, IT

Mr. Grammer has over 35 years of systems design, development, database management and systems administration experience providing mission-critical systems to demanding IT industries.

Mr. Grammer joined RVH Solutions as a feature designer and has assumed the role of Database Administrator and Developer. Mr. Grammer’s primary objective is to ensure the integrity and uptime of RVH Solutions Learning Management System database and reporting infrastructures. Mr. Grammer also designs and develops key features of RVH Solutions’ Learning Management System and oversees new customer database installations.

Prior to joining RVH Solutions, Mr. Grammer’s diverse background in IT and systems development included designing custom route management solutions for the utility sector, developing mobile traffic ticketing systems, developing web-based call center management solutions, designing Window-based systems for scanning, storing and retrieving high-volume claims paperwork for Health Maintenance Organizations and managing datacenters. Mr. Grammer’s experiences in datacenter management brings additional systems and network administration experience to our team.

Dr. Fernando Salgado | VP, International

Dr. Salgado joined RVH Solutions to lead the company’s business development efforts in Latin America. He is a medical doctor with over 25 years of experience and has deep experience in creating innovative clinical and business models, audit of health care services, and Business Insights and Strategic Planning (BI&SP).

Grant Ellis | VP, Operations

Mr. Ellis leads RVH Solutions’ rich media content. As an award-winning video producer, Mr. Ellis has transformed how video is used in online education and has pioneered techniques to capture rich educational content in extraordinarily difficult environments.

Mr. Ellis earned his B.S. in Digital Filmmaking and Video Production from The Art Institute of California.

Eric Ellis | VP, R&D

Mr. Ellis helps manage RVH Solutions’ technology group and focuses on developing technology solutions to solve complex problems associated with high-quality delivery of distance education programs. Mr. Ellis is the architect of RVH Solutions’ Learning Management System (LMS).

Mr. Ellis attended Mid America Bible College.

Ernie Liang | Special Projects

Mr. Liang serves as an Advisor to RVH Solutions regarding special projects. Prior to RVH Solutions, Mr Liang served as Chief Executive Officer of Classroom24-7 and ran an education consultancy, helping to start Epson America, Inc.’s New Ventures group.

He has been awarded four patents and earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from MIT and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Ben Hornsby | Director, Sales

Ben Hornsby has over 30 years of healthcare experience. Ben was VP of Ancillary Services at Hutcheson medical. Ben was a co-founder of TractManager, a successful internet based contract management system. He has successfully owned and operated behavioral health, DME and sleep study companies and has consulted with several healthcare companies helping to meet or exceed the client’s sales goals.
