RVHA believes that â€œone sizeâ€ does not fit all and that health systems face unique challenges based on variables in both market and workplace conditions. Our goal is to use our decades of experience in over 110 health systems to solve real-world problems in a pragmatic manner that produces measurable, sustainable results.
Having analyzed 980 health systems and noting the rapidly shifting regulatory, payer, and demographic market, we understand what hospital leaders will need to succeed.
We believe in empowering our clients to achieve sustainable results. RVHA allow its clients to measure results using their own methods and never engages in “measuring the results of their own work.”
The leadership of RVHA are experienced consultants and serial entrepreneurs with experience building and managing everything from a 4 man technology start-up to Fortune 500 companies. With more than 25 years spent as 3rd parties’ providing operational, human capital and financial optimization services, we’ve seen quite a bit.
Charlie Dawson | Founder, Chief Innovation Officer & Vice-Chairman
Charlie Dawson married strong mathematic and pattern recognition skills to the world of consulting in 1987 when he combined the analytical skills of physics with business process principals. By devising successful new methodologies for identifying, measuring and remediating business problems Mr. Dawson garnered wide industry appreciation culminating in his partnership in a now publicly traded consulting firm. During his career he has successfully concluded engagements that included leading functional redesign activities with some of the world’s best known organizations including: Southwest Airlines, McCloud USA, Schwab Online, Methodist Health System (Houston), and many others.
Along the way Mr. Dawson wrote 6 books on business topics including, “The Complete Guide to Technical Recruiting”, 1999, Management Advantage, Inc. and “The Human Resource Technology Handbook”, 2002, CRC St Lucie Press.
Mr. Dawson has been published/interviewed for over 20 magazines and online venues, has delivered over 100 speeches and continues to provide guidance as a member of various associations, boards and industry collectives.
Mr. Dawson’s approach to consulting starts with his belief that while there are organizations that are exceptional in certain disciplines, every organization needs to create its own “Best Practices” based on its unique operating circumstances. As a result, Mr. Dawson has pioneered a structured process that assists organizations in discovering how to adapt and evolve existing resources to meet changing business demands.
Perceiving a growing need, In 1999 Mr. Dawson made the choice to focus a majority of his time providing operational support in not-for-profit healthcare and in 2005, he founded Workforce Prescriptions (acquired by Rizk Ventures) as a means of carrying his unique methodology to the broader market.
Mr. Dawson is married with 2 adult children and 2 children still in the home. He and his family live in a bedroom community of Tampa, FL.
Dean Kristiniak | COO
Dean Kristiniak started his career as a Laboratory Technician at a hospital in Philadelphia before applying his background in Chemistry to a division of Phillip Morris as a Plant and Quality Assurance Manager.
In 1990 he took his first position in Human Resources with GE Betz (a division of General Electric Corporation) where he spearheaded the development and implementation of behavioral assessment and benchmarking.
Since departing internal roles in 2000, Dean has completed consulting assignments with industry leading organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly, Boston Scientific and others. Dean met Workforce Prescriptions Founder and President Charlie Dawson at Kenexa (Nasdaq: KNXA) where he worked as a Business Manager for the firms Healthcare Group.
Mr. Kristiniak manages all of the company’s operations including: Business development, logistics management, project planning & delivery, Channel partnerships and affiliated practices.
Mr. Kristiniak possess a degree in Chemistry from Hahnemann University of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and also is certified in Human Relations and Behavioral Assessment from the Bizet Human Asset Management Western Pennsylvania.
In his spare time Dean is a Level 3 USA Hockey Referee and an avid golfer, he makes his home in Oreland, PA with his wife of 35 years and 2 adult children.
Keith Bush | Chief Information Officer
Keith Bush is the Chief Information Officer at RV Healthcare Analytics. He is in charge of Website Development, Network & Server Administration, and the Analytics department where he has played a role in the development of RVHAâ€™s Value Enhancement Portal and Rapid Process Redesign Tools which assist healthcare institutions in the identification, planning, and execution of initiatives via a cutting-edge, rapid process re-design technology usable by novices.
Prior to joining Workforce Prescriptions, Mr. Bush was the founder of several successful startups in the fields of Hosting, Financial Transaction Processing, and on-demand Programming.
In his spare time Keith enjoys spending precious time with his valued family and friends.
Ron Malone | VP of Partner Resources
Jason Palmer | Chief Executive Officer
A decorated business leader across multiple industries from technology to education, Mr. Palmer has 20 years of experience in business management, marketing and sales. He is the Founder of several companies in software (SaaS), marketing, retail, and manufacturing, including the online marketing platform Launchpad IMG. Mr. Palmer currently serves as President of Rizk Ventures Healthcare Analytics, a full service healthcare consulting and advisory company focused on helping healthcare organizations and facilities manage costs, optimize their process, and enhance overall revenue.
As Vice President of Classroom24-7, Mr. Palmer led business development efforts in legal, medical, and pharmacy education, and worked with Georgetown Law School, Northwestern Law School and the Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan.
For over a decade, Mr. Palmer served as the President of a business consulting firm offering best of breed management consulting to major corporations as well as venture-backed start-ups including Epson Corporation and Phosphor Technologies. Under Mr. Palmerâ€™s management, Epson was named Inside Trackâ€™s #1 Video Manufacturer for 5 consecutive years and Epson Corporationâ€™s North American Home Entertainment market share rose over 400% and now represents over half of all North American sales in the retail front projection market.
Mr. Palmer was honored as a Top Executive in Manufacturing by CTPG and was recognized as one of the Top Executives under 40 in Consumer Electronics by the North American Publishing Company. He is a strong believer in â€œdoing well by doing goodâ€, and is a patent holder in cause-based crowdfunding.
Mr. Palmer has a J.D from UCLA Law School and a B.A. in Journalism/ Advertising from the University of Maryland. He is a dedicated husband to his wife Stephanie, and his four young children, Sophie (8), Jake (8), Tessa (4), and Emerson (2).
Stan Caummisar | VP
Stan Caummisar has thirty-five years of healthcare experience.Â Stan was a Budget Analyst at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, TN and a Medicare Auditor with Blue Cross of Tennessee before working in finance and management in the Methodist Healthcare System in Memphis, TN for 13 years; the final five years as a Hospital Administrator.Â For the past 20 years, Stan has successfully owned and operated behavioral health, durable medical equipment (DME) and sleep study companies.Stan has extensive sales and marketing experience in the Southeastern United States.
In addition to owning healthcare companies, Stan has provided financial consulting services to Physicians in West Tennessee for the past 18 years.
Stan was also a shareholder in TractManager, Inc., a Healthcare Contract Management Solutions Company.
Stan graduated with a BBA in both Finance and Accounting from University of Memphis.
